DESCRIPTION:Community Value Coupon Books \nOn Tuesday\, October 1st\, you will find in your child’s backpack a Community Values plastic bag that will contain the Community Values Coupon Book\, the letter to parents describing the fundraiser and the order form (double sided sheet)\, and a flyer with information on the prizes the students have the opportunity to win based on the number of coupon books sold.  Please note that the coupon books will be sent home with the youngest student in each family. \nIf your family does not wish to buy or sell these books\, please return the coupon book in the plastic bag they came in ASAP as this is not a free book. \nA few points about the fundraiser: \n\nBooks can be purchased and sold up until October 11th.\nOver $6\,000 in savings at businesses in the Greater Victoria Area.\nBooks can be purchased for $35 via cash or cheque only.  Please make cheques payable to Strawberry Vale PAC with your child’s name and division on the memo line.\nPlease use the order form provided.  Loose envelopes with no name or division make it very difficult to track who it belongs to.\nPlease put the order form and money collected in the plastic bag provided as this will make reconciling orders more efficient.\nBooks can be purchased via 2 ways:  You can purchase the book that came home with your child for $35.  You can also sell additional books to extended family members\, friends\, or neighbours.  If you are selling books\, you will have to collect the money and return the order form and the money in the plastic bag that came home. SUMMARY:Zone Track Meet
DESCRIPTION:Strawberry Vale Spring Cross Country and Track \nApril sees the Spring Cross Country season begin and our Track team start practicing for their Zone Meet. Both Cross Country and Track are for interested Grade 3\, 4 and 5 students. Spring Cross Country Meets take place after school on April 23\, 30 and May 7 and our Zone Track meet takes place May 28 @ UVic during the day.
